The Syren is the third of my completely "scratch" model ship projects (meaning there are no kit parts involved). Each and every piece of this ship was created in my shop.

Note the hull has been copper plated below the water line. The channels are fitted. Also note the stem structure (rails), gun port lids, and the figure head carving.
